Almost There!!

The day is fast approaching...We are expecting little ones any day now. I began monitoring Lucy's temperature, which isn't always an indicator of labor but can be helpful in estimating when it will happen. Lucy is doing great, she doesn't seem to be quite ready yet. She is very relaxed. Although she usually only gives a few hours notice before delivery begins.

I wanted to post some pictures. The top one is of Lucy today and the bottom one is of Lucy about a week and a half ago. It is amazing how fast her belly grows. Three weeks ago it was almost impossible to tell that she was pregnant. Now it is very obvious!! We have been feeling puppies kicking and moving around. It is amazing to feel those little movements and then get to meet them a few days later!

We will be sure to post info as she goes into labor and of course post pictures once they arrive!!

We have the best dogs!! I know I am probably biased....but our girls and Jasper are just wonderful. They are so sweet, loving, playful and a joy to have around. They also truly enjoy being around each other, which is so nice.

Somehow, I managed to capture a really cute picture of them that shows exactly how they feel about each other! Usually when I pull the camera out, they have this 6th sense that kicks in and they immediately get up. I'm glad that wasn't the case this time, because this shot was too good to miss.
Remember, our dogs have the entire house where they could find a spot to sleep, but this is what they chose.

Meet Jasper, our newest Stud Dog! He is an Mini Australian Labradoodle, and weighs around 11 lbs. He is full of love and has fit right in with our family. You can see more pictures of him on our website, and we will post his upcoming litters shortly.

Thanks To All Our Puppy Families!!

I wanted to say thank you to each and every one of our families that added a Labradoodle puppy to their family this Summer. It was wonderful meeting each family and getting to hear updates about the puppies in their new homes. We are very glad to know that all our puppies are happy and doing well and bringing joy to their families lives!

This summer was a lot of work, but even so our home is very quiet now without any puppies. Here at our home we are trying to get back in the routine of going to bed early and getting up early since school is right around the corner...well this morning after waking the kids, I made my way downstairs to take care of Blue Green ribbon puppy, who has been a wonderful part of our family this last week. As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I remembered that he went home last night...believe me, we are thrilled that he is in his new home with his new family. We know he is going to be very happy there, they have two adorable children that are going to be wonderful pals for him. However, I did still miss the puppy breath and pitter pattering of his feet as he made the rounds saying good morning to everyone.
I'm sure that I will find lots to do as school starts. And I look forward to a few months down the road when the stork will bring the next batch of sweet puppies to our home!

Three Gorgeous Males Available!!

We have three stunning red males available from Linnie and Copper's Australian litter. They are very sweet, loving and playful. They have gorgeous, soft coats. We have been enjoying lots of play time with them and they are a lot of fun! My children ask me at least 5 times a day if we can keep them.....if I said yes to every cute little puppy they wanted I would have a Labradoodle Farm!

Outdoor and Individual Pictures.

We have had several outdoor play times in the last few days. It has been so much fun! I have family visiting from out of state, and wouldn't you know that they just love playing with the puppies! The weather has been beautiful, not too hot. Perfect to sit outside especially in the evening with the puppies. The puppies quite enjoy it also. They love to explore, and run around, or climb on our children, or chase the big dogs, Willa and Lucy.

The first set of pictures are their individual(well some of them are two puppies at a time) and the second set are some of the puppies just playing around.

It Is Time

Well, it is time for Willa to get her summer cut. I have been postponing it because I love the shaggy Willa. Her hair is so soft and has such a pretty curl to it that it looks great long. Unfortunately, it is a heavy coat when it gets long. Better for winter. It is just too hot even if it is adorable. So we are off to get groomed. I thought I would post a picture before we go because I havea feeling Willa will look pretty different when we get back!!
