More Pictures

Well the puppies are just about 5 weeks and I couldn't resist snapping a bunch of pictures. Usually by now the puppies have been introduced to our yard for some playtime, but the weather has not allowed that to happen! It has been way too cold for these little buggers to venture outside. But they have been getting loads of playtime around the house. In addition to their 5 week old individual pictures I have added some playtime ones too. They are doing very well on their transition to puppy food. They love it! They know when it is feeding time and they get so excited with their tails wagging! They are also enjoying the interaction they get with Lola our toy poodle and the big dogs including mom, Willa and Gia. These puppies will be very well socialized when they go home!

Make sure to keep scrolling to see the playtime pictures!

Four Week Puppy Pictures!

Well this week has been awesome! The puppies have been spending so much time with us and we love it!
They get several playtimes a day with just me and Lola(my daughter's toy poodle). This is a more quiet time where I spend time holding each of them and rolling them onto their backs and tickling their bellies and toes. Once my children get home, it is a whole different playtime! It more excited with laughing and giggling, kids laying on the kitchen floor as human jungle gyms for the puppies. The puppies have so much fun! In the evening, I will be making dinner while the kids are hanging out in the kitchen playing with the puppies. This is great way for them to get used to all the usual sounds going on in a home. They get to hear me clanging pots and running the disposal or dishwasher. Many times there are a few snuggled under my daughter's feet while she sits and does homework. They are a regular part of our family.

Below are the 4 week pictures. Boy these little buggers are growing fast! Check out the difference a week makes!

Playtime Pictures

We have some cute playtime pictures of the puppies! They are a lot of fun and my children and I have a great time playing with them, introducing them to different toys even though they are not sure what to do with them! We love to hold them and cuddle them and touch their little ears and toes! Right now, the puppies can do about 10-15 minutes of playtime before they begin looking for a spot to form a dogpile and take a nap! This will change as they get older and they will stay awake playing for longer amounts of time!

Enjoy the pictures!

Three Week Pictures Are Here!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with yummy turkey and good times with family.
The puppies have hit the 3 week mark which is a lot of fun. They have open eyes, are wiggling around more, they are even trying out their voices with tiny puppy grunts and squeaks.
This is the age where we are able to begin interacting with them so much more! They respond to sounds, sights, smells. They are still nursing but ready to give mom up for a few minutes so that they can play with us.

Below are the 3 week pictures.
Enjoy!
