Linnie's Puppies At 1 Week!

Linnie's puppies are doing great! They are eating well and growing a lot! They are such chunky little pups. We love it! I call them my little sausages! Linnie is such an amazing mom, she takes such good care of her babies. This weekend was so beautiful, and we spent most of it outside. We of course took the gang(our doggies) with us. When we were in the backyard, Linnie would enjoy hanging out with us for a bit, but then she would be standing by the door looking at us with those soulful puppy dog eyes asking silently to go back inside by her puppies. She is such a devoted mom! You can tell too, because her puppies are so content. They eat and sleep and are so quiet and peaceful! I try to remember these days when they are six weeks old and running and hopping all over, wrestling each other and not so quiet and peaceful!
Enjoy the pictures!

We have new pictures of Josie and Q's pictures. These puppies are adorable! They are so incredibly sweet and lovey dovey! I could spend my entire day holding and cuddling them. We are very impressed with their personalities, even at this young age. Their coats are fabulous as well. Very soft and fluffy. They have such nice blocky heads too. Josie and Q are a perfect match! Some Pictures To Share

I wanted to post some pictures of Linnie. He puppies should be arriving any day now, although Linnie likes to keep us on our toes and has kept us waiting before!
You can see how big her tummy is in the 2nd picture. You would think that with that big tummy, that she would spend most of her day laying around. Ok, well she does do a good amount of that. She also loves to play with Victoria. They have become fast pals and really enjoy hanging out together. We have to keep their playtime to indoor time though so that Linnie does not run around too much or get overheated. Is anyone else looking forward to some nice Fall weather??
The first picture is an adorable shot of Linnie, taking a rest. Love it!

Lola's Puppies at 7 Weeks!

Wow, I can't believe it has been 7 weeks since these little angels were born. The time has gone so quickly! This week the puppies are on dry puppy food. Yeah!! We have been working hard on that, so it is good to see them transitioned onto the food they will be eating when they go home. With the kids back in school, the puppies have been keeping me company in the kitchen while I make lunches and do some baking for afternoon snacks. They love being part of all the action! Once the kids come home they get playtime with them and boy do they enjoy it. The kids are a little more noisy and animated than their time with me, so the puppies get all excited and climb all over the kids! Lola also likes to play with the puppies and each morning when I wake up she is anxious to have some time with them. She does some gentle" wrestling" and goofing off with them until the kids are off to school and I can spend time with them. I think she is going to miss them when they go to their new homes. I know we will!
The pictures below are from this morning. The first one is our cream male and black female(Kornahrens family and Farmer family). The second one is of our chocolate female(Hinkle family) and the third is of our other black female(Redd family).
Enjoy!

Lola's Puppies Outside

We finally have been able to get Lola's puppies outside. They love it! It has been nice and cool in the morning and in the evening and it is the perfect time to introduce the puppies to the great outdoors. They are still so tiny so we have waited until we knew they could easily run(or should I say hop) around. They love sniffing everything, there are lots of new smells outside! They have us laughing the whole time because they look so funny when they are galloping around!
These puppies are so much fun to have around and we are enjoying every moment we have with them! Please disregard the ribbons on the puppies. We can of course tell them apart by now without them, and my son put them on himself, so he chose any random color!!

Enjoy!
